- Continuous project management for the product and quality planning and for all phases of the product-creation process in accordance with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- Conducting FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and drafting the control plan
- Supporting the prototype phase through serial production including all validations
- Drafting work and testing instructions in cooperation with the Chinese partners
- Installation and initial validation of the serial production facilities
- Training the quality assurance division employees from China on preliminary serial production in Germany and in China on-site
- Capability tests
- Transfer of serial production facilities from Germany to China
- Supporting the commissioning of the serial production in China through the successful SOP (Start of Production)
- Conducting audits in accordance with German automotive industry association standard 6.3
- Successful release after the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
